There are two types of lodging on camp (both are private and will include only your own group):
Traditional Cabins: The cabins are designed to have a rustic, mountainous appeal from the outside with modern, comfortable amenities on the inside including air conditioning and full bathrooms. Each cabin is outfitted with plenty of beds for your family or party group of your choosing.
Single Rooms: There are a limited number of single rooms available for our smaller parties. These rooms are ADA accessible and furnished to match the camp experience.
Do I get to choose which type of lodging I stay in?
Not quite. All housing at Camp Lindenmere is outfitted with modern and comfortable amenities. Some of the single rooms are best suited for guests with accessibility needs or guests with fewer people in their party. Every family/guest will be matched with lodging that best suits their individual needs. When you RSVP you will be given the opportunity to select a preference but please note that older guests, groups with 1-2 guests, and guests with accessibility needs will be prioritized for single rooms.
Am I going to be lodged with random people in a cabin?
No! You will only be lodged with your own family and/or guests. Everyone will have plenty of personal space! We want this to be fun not awkward.
What do I bring to camp?
You will be provided with the usual complimentary toiletries, bed linens and so forth. If you prefer, however, to bring your own blankets, pillows, or toiletries for your comfort- go for it! Please note the cabins are not equipped with hair dryers so you may want to pack one of those.
It is recommended that you pack:
Sandals
Bathing Suit
Active-wear
Sunscreen
Sneakers
Wedding Attire (Casual Dress)
If you want extra snacks/beverages of your choosing in your cabin- you are welcome to pack some of those as well.
What is included in our stay at Camp Lindenmere?
Lodging for the weekend
Friday night meals/beverages (if joining us for two nights)
All camp facilities and activities for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Saturday morning brunch
Sunday morning brunch
Canteen Snacks
Basically everything outside of the actual ceremony and reception.
What is the bathroom situation at Camp Lindenmere like?
No matter where you are on camp you will have access to clean, modern, bathroom facilities. Our goal is rustic but modern and comfortable.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, no. We tried, we really did. Unfortunately, we had no luck in finding a camp that had all of the amenities and allowed dogs. We love all of your furbabies but, for this, we will have to love them from afar.
Do I have to stay two nights?
No, Camp Lindenmere has a few different stay packages. Of course we would love to spend as much time as possible hanging out with you over the weekend, but we understand that everyone has complex schedules. When they open booking, you will be able to arrange the details of your stay.
